Bundemar is a small rural locality in the Orana region of New South Wales, straddling the Narromine and Warren Shire boundaries approximately 71 kilometres north-west of Dubbo and 473 kilometres north-west of Sydney. The locality covers 455.6 square kilometres of open flat western plains and recorded a population of 38 at the 2021 census, with a median age of 41 and a notably male-skewed gender ratio of 55% male — typical of remote farming districts. Bundemar sits in the transition between the Macquarie River farming country to the south and the more sparsely settled western plains stretching toward the Darling River. Broadacre wheat, cotton and sheep grazing are the dominant agricultural activities across the locality's vast, flat terrain.
