Dirnbir is a small rural locality in the Burnett region of Queensland, situated approximately 350 kilometres north-west of Brisbane near the town of Mundubbera. The locality covers around 34 square kilometres and recorded a population of approximately 59 residents at the 2021 Census. It lies in the Burnett River valley, a productive agricultural zone known for its citrus orchards, mandarin groves, and cattle grazing in a warm sub-tropical climate.
