Dunnrock is a small rural locality in the Mackay region of Queensland, situated approximately 20 kilometres south-west of Mackay CBD in the cane and grazing country of the Pioneer Valley. With a 2021 Census population of 58 residents, it is a lightly settled locality within the Mackay Regional Council area. The landscape is characterised by flat to gently rolling terrain, typical of the Mackay hinterland with its sugar cane fields and cattle properties.
