About Greenwich
Greenwich is an affluent residential suburb on Sydney's Lower North Shore, located approximately 7 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD within the Municipality of Lane Cove. The suburb occupies a scenic peninsula on the northern side of Sydney Harbour at the entrance to the Lane Cove River, giving many streets sweeping harbour and river views. With a population of around 5,469, Greenwich is a tightly-knit community known for its leafy streets, heritage homes, and elevated position above the water.
