About Kyneton
Kyneton is a historic town in the Macedon Ranges Shire of Victoria, located approximately 90 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. With a population of around 7,510 (2021 Census), it is one of the larger towns in the Macedon Ranges and serves as a regional hub for surrounding rural communities. The town sits at an elevation of about 500 metres on the volcanic plains, straddling the Campaspe River.
