Ormeau Hills is a growing residential suburb in the City of Gold Coast, located 52 kilometres south of Brisbane CBD and 35 kilometres north of Surfers Paradise. With a population of around 4,500, the suburb has experienced rapid growth, more than tripling since 2011. The terrain varies from suburban development on lower eastern land to rural residential properties in the hilly centre, with undeveloped mountainous areas to the west.
