Cundinup is a sparsely settled rural locality in the South West region of Western Australia, situated approximately 270 kilometres south of Perth near the township of Nannup. The locality covers around 157 square kilometres of karri and marri forest country typical of the southern WA forests region. With a 2021 Census population of approximately 62 residents, it is a very lightly populated area of small forest holdings and hobby farms.
Nannup, approximately 15 kilometres to the north, provides a general store, hotel, and limited community services, while Manjimup (about 40 kilometres east) offers more comprehensive retail and medical facilities.
