Epsom is a rapidly growing residential suburb on the northern fringe of Bendigo in central Victoria, approximately 150 kilometres northwest of Melbourne. The suburb has seen its population surge from around 4,300 in 2016 to over 5,000 by 2021, with a youthful median age of 32.
