About Zetland
Zetland is the heart of Sydney's Green Square urban renewal, where nearly 13,000 residents live in new apartment towers amid one of Australia's largest redevelopment projects. The new Green Square station provides Metro access, and the emerging town centre adds amenities. Recent development has been dramatic.
East Village and Green Square retail continue to expand. Parks and community facilities are being built alongside apartments. Zetland attracts young professionals seeking new apartments with excellent connectivity. It's new urban Sydney—contemporary, convenient, and constantly growing.
Zetland falls under postcode 2017 and is governed by Sydney Council (LGA). For state elections, residents vote in the Heffron electorate.
